The Tunnel Abandoned

And here’s the last photo of the night, again taken today with Mauro. It’s funny, we both figured we’d make a quick stop at this place for a few shots and then head on downtown for the rest of the day. Instead we ended up shooting there most of the day. We even missed our obligatory lunch break. But it was worth it. This place is a gold mine.

An abandoned tunnel – what a fabulous place, no wonder you two spent a lot of time there. How did you find such a treasure?

We drove by it the last time we were out and said we had to return. We both knew about the place but it never dawned on us to stop there. Plus, from the road it really doesn’t look like anything special, photographically speaking.

Oh man this is too cool. Weren’t you creeped out in here?

    • davecandoit says:

Thanks Amber. It wasn’t really creepy since there wasn’t a lot of roof coverage. In other words, we were sort of outside while within the confines of this old factory. The covered areas did make for some moody photos, thankfully.
