Dog Fence

This fence was put up to create an off leash area for dogs to roam. If you’re down the beach and you want to make some new friends of the four-legged persuasion, there’s no better place to go. The photo is from my christmas Day collection.

Again an oblique line that guides the eye up to the end…
I’m very fond of these compositional elements, Dave.
The fence gives this image a beautiful feel of geometry and balance: It divides the lower part of the landscape in exactly two even sections, while the whole image is perfectly split in half by the very horizon.
All in all a beautiful photo.
What more could I wish for? Let me think… A B/W version, perhaps? 🙂

Thanks Mauro. I only wish I’d stepped back another foot or so, so the little doggies sign on the last post (to your right) wasn’t so close to the edge.

That’s the beauty of photography, Dave… Ther is not such a thing as the perfect picture…
