Bank Building

Here’s an old bank building on Yonge St. across from the Eaton Centre. It hasn’t been a bank in many years, come to think of it there’s a small chance it was a government building of some sort. I’m sure it was a bank, but you never know; plus, there is no Bank of XXX carved into the lintel or tympanum above the columns.

I believe the building is the property of the Irish Government: Their flag is always up…
Nice photo, lots of detail and lovely, warm, light.
    Good job, Dave!

Well how about that! Thanks for the info, Mauro, and the compliment. I should really make more of an effort to keep notes when I’m out, like the street address of this building, for instance. Then I could have googled it later.
