Setting Sun & CN Tower

I wish I’d had time to find a better location for this sunset. It was a last minute decision and I rushed to catch it. That’s the problem with sunset photography, there’s no planning ahead because you don’t know until it arrives if it’s going to be beautiful or boring.

EXACTLY, But you caught a decent one here

  2. Well, you can plan to be at a better location. However, even bland sunsets sometimes turn spectacular after the Sun goes below the horizon.

BTW, location or not, the second one is great with all the stuff surround the sunset going. You might want to crop that one a bit to make the CN Tower more of the subject.

Location, location. I like the combination of nature and man made structures that get in the way. A beautiful ball of light in a pretty sky, misty in the background and urban stuff in the foreground. I think it works.
