Lady on a Rail

So yesterday I spent the afternoon in a local ravine (Glen Manor Ravine – or maybe it’s Trail). I took a ton of shots but many just aren’t cutting it for me. This little lady big walking the rail was a lucky catch. I took a bunch of photos of her, this one being my favourite.

I love this picture. It shows creativity and originality: A good photography lesson for everyone (starting with me) who always envisioned a ladybug only and exclusively as a macro-photograph for science book…
    Very good, Dave… Very good…

I love this…I’m kinda like Mauro above. I probably would have tried to do some macro photography. I love what you did though.

Thanks, Jan. I might have tried a serious macro too, but my wee point & shoot just laughs and says “Yeah, right,” when I switch to the macro setting. 😉

Lady bigs make such cute subjects. I just wish I had a better camera so I could have gotten a sharper image. But I’m still happy with it. Thanks again for popping by.

yeah- it’ll be better, if the lady-bug was sharper, but otherwise so it’s not so obvious that it’s just a lady bug and nothing else/more. It’s more like a little cute silhouette- it could be everything you want…
