Christmas Window

Here are two photos of The Bay department store window dressed up for Christmas. I figured since tomorrow we’re having our Santa Claus parade down Yonge St. I might as well post these two photos now. They are of the same window, but obviously I got a lot closer for the second shot. The funny thing is that I must have waited for 15 minutes for people to move away from the window to get a good shot, and then I ended up using the one with the young couple in it. To be in love, eh? I’ve got a few more of the other windows, but maybe I’ll save them for Christmas.

Dave, it’s time you embrace your inner night person or else realize that it’s night most of the time now, either way keeping shooting night shots. The ones above and below are wonderful.

Thank you, Lynn. I really do love night photography, even if I’m not much of a night person. My next outing might be back to the Distillery District. It’s very nicely lit after dark.
