#1 Cherry Street, Toronto

I never thought of it before, but I wonder if the lifeguard station down at Cherry Beach would be considered #1 Cherry Street? I think I’ll send them a postcard version of this photo and see if they get it! Anyway, I don’t care, that’s what I’m calling it here, regardless.

I didn’t notice the lone person amongst the gulls on the shore at first. Very nice shot. Once again I’m a bit behind on blog commenting, but I do still look.

Interesting building, it looks like one I saw in 1990: http://picasaweb.google.co.uk/pano180/Canada1990#5384556423311378946 Is this a standard design or the same building?

Thanks for the info Dave and the compliment on the photo, I was lucky with the location and the time. Nice part of the world you live in though, I live in the UK but am coming back to Canada some time. Loved the time I spent there in 1990.

You’re very welcome. I can’t say I’ve done much travelling in my life, sadly. With my new found interest in photography, I’d love to see the world. I’ve always wanted to visit the UK. I have friends with family over there and they tell me it’s beautiful. Cheer.
